WHAT’S FOR DINNER? Tasting Event Scheduled for Monday March 2

  WFD1

How many times have you heard this? How many times a week do you say it yourself? Who hasn’t stood in front of the refrigerator with the door open, letting cold air out, waiting for some inspiration or magic to happen?

Well, librarians have had the same experiences, so together maybe we can figure this out. We are holding a What’s for Dinner tasting event. Participants are asked to bring a casserole or crock pot dish that is delicious, easy, and can be made with ingredients purchased in our local grocery stores. No calamari or truffle oil required! You just bring your hot, ready to eat dish. The library will provide plates, forks/spoons, and beverages. We plan to provide everyone attending with the recipes.

Our tasting is rescheduled for Monday March 2 at 7:00 p.m. We ask that you call, email or reply on Facebook if you plan to attend. This way we are sure to have enough tableware, seating and copies of recipes for everyone. We’d  like to have your recipes ahead of time so we can all enjoy food and fellowship that evening. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  Feel free to call the library with any questions you may have at 336-2377 or by email librarian@www.senecafreelibrary.org.
